How We Set AEC Firms and Professionals Up for Success
Step 1: Training
Our programs teach PMs the essentials of project management, from transitioning into a PM role to project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and closeout.
A brief assignment is completed after every session.
Step 2: Certification
After completing the course, PMs take a 25-question certification exam to earn the official AEC PM Certification.
PMs can now demonstrate their credibility and leadership potential.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
PMs receive two years of AEC PM Assist, which includes:
✅ PM Assist Micro – 40 short videos released over two years, reinforcing key concepts.

The PM 2 program serves as a comprehensive document of the various responsibilities of project managers that are needed to increase the likelihood of person, team, and firm success. Taking this course helped me to recognize some of my blind spots that I frequently overlook in my regular work.
