Summary
Engineering students are rarely taught management and leadership skills in school. They must learn these skills on the job or suffer the consequences. One of the key components of leadership is PEOPLE. Great leaders know how to engage and inspire people. In this session, you will learn how to START TO implement specific strategies that can help you maximize your relationships with the people you work with, and also seek guidance and mentorship on how to become a leader.
