About Your Presenters:

Paul DiGiacobbe, PE, DBIA

Paul DiGiacobbe is the Director of Geospatial Services for Colliers Engineering & Design. He is a licensed professional engineer in PA and FL with over 36 years of experience. He is a graduate of Villanova University with BS in Civil Engineering. Mr. DiGiacobbe is also a certified design build professional (DBIA). For the past 14 years Mr. DiGiacobbe has been testing the limits of LiDAR technology in the infrastructure space.  His efforts have focused on transportation infrastructure, where traditional survey techniques are a logistical challenge. He has found that LiDAR technology can provide high quality survey information while providing a robust, immersive and highly accurate data set. He now directs the operations for this service provided by Colliers Engineering & Design.

Kevin Hanna, PLS

Mr. Hanna has over 25 years of combined office and field experience in land surveying. Mr. Hanna has been responsible for a diverse number of surveying tasks including boundary surveys for the transfer of property, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys for highway improvement projects, construction layout, aerial photography, bridge as-built surveys, and underground utility surveys. Mr Hanna has specialized in high definition laser scanning surveys for as-built, 3D modeling, monitoring and civil applications.
